AlertAtlas

🌐 Español

Every hazard. One map.
Your rules.

The live world map of earthquakes, wildfires, floods, hurricanes, and severe weather — with alerts tuned to the places and severity levels you care about.

🌍

Every hazard on one map

Earthquakes, wildfires, floods, hurricanes, tsunamis, volcanoes, severe weather, and droughts — live from USGS, NOAA, NASA, and GDACS.

🎚️

Your thresholds, not ours

Decide per category what's worth seeing. Only want M5+ quakes but every tornado warning? Set it once and the map obeys.

📍

Watch the places you love

Save home, family, the cabin. AlertAtlas watches a radius around each and tells you when something's happening nearby.

🔔

Alerts that find you

Email and browser push notifications within minutes of a qualifying event near your saved locations — plus an in-app feed of everything active.

🛰️

Weather built in

Live rain radar and hurricane forecast cones overlay directly on the same map. No app-switching when a storm is inbound.

Straight from the source

Every event links to the official report — USGS, National Hurricane Center, National Weather Service — so you can verify and act.

What the alert levels mean

Every event on the map carries one of three levels. They come from the agency that issued the alert — we never invent one, and where an agency publishes an impact estimate we use that rather than raw size.

Minor

Real but routine — a small earthquake, a yellow-band European warning, a fire far from anyone. Worth knowing about; almost never worth acting on.

Significant

Damaging or disruptive where it lands — a severe thunderstorm warning, a moderate flood stage, a large wildfire. Check it if it is near you or somewhere you care about.

Extreme

Danger to life and property — a hurricane, a tsunami warning, a red-band warning, a quake expected to cause casualties. Follow your local authorities now.

AlertAtlas is not an official warning service. Levels are a consistent way to compare alerts from dozens of agencies on one map — always follow the guidance of your local authorities.
